Membership Terms

1. Scope

These Membership Terms supplement the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict about paid membership benefits, billing, renewal, cancellation, or refunds, these Membership Terms control to the extent of that conflict.

2. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include access to premium AI image generation, increased usage limits, advanced search features, faster processing, saved history, or other paid functions shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Available benefits may vary by plan, region, platform, device, version, or promotional offer. We may update benefits as the product evolves, but we will not intentionally remove a core paid benefit during an active paid period without a reasonable reason or notice where required.

3. Billing and Renewal

• Prices, billing periods, taxes, included benefits, and renewal rules will be shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge membership fees, taxes, renewals, and permitted adjustments.
• If payment fails, membership access may be paused, reduced, or cancelled.

4. App Store Purchases

If you purchase through Apple or another app store, billing, renewal, cancellation, and certain refund processes are handled by that platform under its rules. Apple billing support is available at https://support.apple.com/billing.

We may be unable to directly cancel or refund purchases controlled by a third-party app store, but we will try to provide reasonable support if you contact us.

5. Credits, Limits, and Fair Use

• Some memberships may include generation credits, daily limits, monthly limits, or other usage caps.
• Unused credits or limits may expire at the end of the applicable period unless the purchase screen states otherwise.
• We may apply fair-use, safety, abuse-prevention, and technical limits to protect service quality for all users.
• Membership access may not be resold, transferred, shared commercially, or used to operate a competing or automated service.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the same platform or purchase channel used to subscribe. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current paid period.

Refunds are handled according to the applicable platform rules, purchase flow, and mandatory law. Unless required by law or expressly stated, paid fees are non-refundable after access has been provided.

7. Changes to Memberships

We may change membership plans, prices, benefits, or usage limits. For material changes to active paid subscriptions, we will provide notice where required and allow cancellation before the change takes effect when applicable.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate membership access if we reasonably believe the account violates our Terms, creates security or legal risk, abuses paid features, or engages in fraudulent payment activity.

Termination for violation may result in loss of access to paid benefits without refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
